The processing time in the warehouse is 2-5 working days, once the order is in the hands of our carrier it is a matter of 2-7 more working days for delivery to be made in Spain, Andorra and Portugal. For other European destinations, transit may take two more days, although this is not usual.

Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance at origin. The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the destination customs office, whether the merchandise is delivered or not.

In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or other international destination, we will try to ship the order in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the destination for the import of the requested items. , since the sender has no responsibility for them. Nor will the effects produced by strikes, wars or other circumstances beyond its control be attributable to the sender.

The shipper will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.
